Etherscan V2 API key

The standalone deploy reads balances from Etherscan V2 Multichain API — one key works across Ethereum mainnet and Arbitrum.

To get a key (free, ~1 min):

1. Sign in at etherscan.io
2. Go to My API Keys
3. Click "Add" → name it (e.g. "RARI Treasury") → copy
4. Paste it above and Save

The key is stored only in this browser's localStorage. To use the dashboard on another machine, paste the same key there.
